Yes. Your sample cost may be credited toward your first qualifying production order. For a first order of 100–249 units, the maximum credit is €60. For a first order of 250 units or more, the maximum credit is €100. One sample credit applies per company and first qualifying production order. No cash payout.
Can I combine multiple sample set purchases for a larger credit?
Yes. Eligible sample purchases may be combined up to the applicable maximum credit (€60 or €100). The credit can never exceed the amount actually paid for eligible sample products.
What is excluded from the credit?
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties and other fees are excluded. The credit applies to the product price of eligible sample sets only.
Can I receive a cash refund for unused sample credit?
No. Sample payments are not refundable in cash. Unused sample credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another company or customer.
What about shipping?
LOW-COST EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shown at checkout where available. Import duties, import VAT and local charges may apply. Shipping is available only to eligible destinations subject to product, carrier and transport requirements.
