2. Product-Specific Information
The legally applicable information for each actual product and variant is provided on the approved label, packaging, product page and/or accompanying documentation. Customers must follow all applicable warnings, restrictions, transport instructions and handling information.
3. No Generic Hazard Assumptions
The classification of Smelling Salts, Smelling Gel and related products must be based on the actual formulation and current documentation. Pictograms, signal words, hazard statements, precautionary statements, UFI or other CLP elements must not be guessed or copied from another variant.
4. Online Product Information
Online product offers must display the legally required product identification and safety/warning information applicable to the actual product and relevant target market. Where applicable, the online offer must be aligned with the current approved label, SDS and other required product documentation.
5. Target Countries
Labelling language, safety information, product rules, transport requirements and market-access requirements may differ by country. Availability must therefore be limited to markets for which the relevant requirements and transport feasibility have been assessed.
6. Private-Label Regulatory Roles
Placing a customer's name or trademark on a product may affect that customer's role and obligations under applicable product and chemical law. Regulatory responsibilities, documentation and target-market requirements should be allocated in the individual B2B project documentation.
7. International Supply
Supply to another EU country or to a destination outside the EU does not automatically mean that the product may be marketed or resold there without additional requirements. The private-label customer must identify the intended market before final approval so that responsibilities and required product/label information can be assessed for that project.
